How to Pack Your Buylist

Getting your games to us safely means you get paid faster — no damaged items, no revised offers. Here’s how to pack like a pro.

Use a sturdy box

  • Pick a box with a little room to spare — games packed too tight can crack, and games rattling loose can scratch.
  • Fill empty space with bubble wrap, packing paper, or even grocery bags. If nothing moves when you shake the box, you nailed it.

Discs, cartridges & cases

  • Keep discs in their cases. A loose disc in a box of games rarely survives the trip.
  • Bag loose cartridges (sandwich bags work great) so labels don’t rub against each other.
  • Include the manuals and inserts you listed — “Complete in Box” means the box, manual, and game.

Label it with your order number

Write your order number (it looks like MW-2026-00008) on the outside of the package, or use the Print a label button on your buylist page — it prints the full address with your order number on it. This is how we match the box to your buylist the moment it arrives.

Dropping off instead?

No box needed — just bring your games and your order number to the store. A bag is fine; we’ll take it from there.
