Buylist Policy
Thank you for submitting the list of games you wish to sell! We greatly appreciate your business and look forward to establishing a long-term relationship with you as a valued customer.

Bring in, or mail your games to us! Once received, we will verify and approve your games against the list you submitted and apply the store credit or send you an e-Transfer.

If you choose to mail your games, we recommend opting for tracking, insurance, and delivery confirmation for added security. Buylists are processed in the order in which we receive them. When sending your package, kindly include your Order Number, along with your full name, address, email address, and phone number.
Please note that we do not return packaging or any additional items, so refrain from including anything you wish to keep with your games. Please get your items to us within 14 business days of submitting — orders that never arrive are cancelled after that window.
Prices are estimates
The price you submit is an estimate and may change upon verification. While we strive to maintain accurate automated pricing, occasional anomalies can occur —particularly for older or rare games where limited market information leads to estimates based on existing market data. Any such discrepancies are rectified during the approval of pending buylists. Submitting a buylist does not constitute an offer to buy, and Most Wanted reserves the right to limit or refuse any buylist submission at its discretion.
Verification and re-grading
Upon receiving your games, we will re-check their condition and completeness against what you stated. If there are any changes exceeding 20% from the initial assessment, we will promptly notify you before approving your buylist — you’ll receive a revised offer on your account page to approve (we finalize and pay the revised total) or decline (your items are returned to you). In the event that either party decides not to proceed with the transaction during the approval process, the seller is responsible for the return shipping costs associated with the buylist process.
Payment
Payments can be made via store credit (issued as a code usable on our website — it doesn’t expire and the balance carries over) or cash by Interac e-Transfer to the email you provided (if your account doesn’t accept auto-deposit, we’ll send the transfer password separately). While we aim to process buylists promptly, larger submissions may take additional time based on staff availability.
Abandoned Buylist Policy
Once your buylist is approved by Most Wanted, if it is left with us and you do not communicate with us regarding its status for 28 days, we will consider the sale finalized. Payment will be held in the form indicated on your buylist (cash or store credit) and can be claimed at any time.
ID and age
Sellers must be 18 years or older. Government-issued photo ID is required for in-store drop-offs and may be requested for mail-in orders.
Stolen and counterfeit items
We check incoming items against our records and cooperate fully with law enforcement. Items identified as stolen are held and reported to police; no payment is made. Any item identified as counterfeit will be confiscated and destroyed — Most Wanted will not return counterfeit items under any circumstances.
